Meta AI puts a chatbot into Meta’s apps, so the main audience is people who already live inside Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Messenger and want a built-in assistant there. By our assessment, its strongest point is reach: the assistant sits where many conversations and searches already happen, so there is less switching between tools. The limit is that it is still tied to Meta’s ecosystem, and the experience depends on whether you want AI inside a social app at all. In practice it is a mix of quick prompts, generated answers and helper-style tasks, which can be handy for small jobs but also easy to ignore.
