Meine KKH

Meine KKH is the member app for KKH customers, so it mainly serves people who need a place to deal with health-insurance business on the phone. Its strength is practical rather than flashy: it brings personal insurance information and routine contact with the insurer into one app. By our assessment, that makes it a service portal first, not a wellness app, even though it sits in Health & Fitness. The clear limit is that it is tied to one insurer, so anyone outside that relationship has no use for it, and even members will only reach for it when there is paperwork or account business to sort out. In everyday use, this kind of app is less about inspiration than about not having to hunt through letters and forms.
