Localisation sur téléphone sounds like a phone-based location tool, and that points to a utility built around showing where a device is or helping with location sharing. By our assessment, the category fits best when the job is simple tracking or orientation rather than a full map suite. The limitation is that this kind of app can only be as good as the permissions, signal, and settings around it, so it is not magic and it is not a navigation replacement. In practice these tools tend to be plain, permission-heavy, and a little fiddly because location access has to be turned on and managed carefully. Localisation sur téléphone belongs more to practical phone utilities than to fancy social features, and it makes sense only when the location task is the whole point.
