LimeChat - IRC Client

LimeChat - IRC Client is for people who still want IRC in a straightforward mobile wrapper rather than a modern social feed. By our assessment, its main appeal is plain channel chat, server logs, and the old-school rhythm of joining rooms and keeping up with text-heavy conversations. The trade-off is that IRC itself asks for more setup and patience than the big messaging apps, so this is not for anyone who wants glossy stickers, voice calls, or a guided onboarding tour. In practice it feels utilitarian: connect, pick a channel, read, type, repeat. Compared with Slack, Discord, or Telegram, it sits much closer to the bare protocol end of the scale. LimeChat - IRC Client suits people who already know why they want IRC, and it stops making sense once a person wants a social network rather than a chat client.
