Life Time Digital

Life Time Digital is a companion app for people already tied to Life Time’s fitness clubs and classes, not a general health app for everyone. By our assessment, its best point is the link to the gym side of the brand: class booking, account access, and the sort of membership management that belongs with a club chain. The downside is that it makes the most sense only inside that ecosystem, so outside it there is not much reason to care. In use, these apps tend to be practical rather than glamorous: check schedules, manage bookings, maybe keep up with what the club is offering. It sits closer to a membership portal than to a polished consumer fitness app, and that is both its strength and its limit. Life Time Digital is for people who are already in the Life Time world, and the app mostly stays in that lane.
