Kia Access

Kia Access is the sort of car companion app owners use for remote lock and unlock, charging or status checks, and other everyday vehicle controls. By our assessment, its main value is convenience: it puts a few car functions on the phone instead of at the vehicle. The downside is that these apps are only as helpful as the connected-car setup underneath them, so they can feel limited if you expect them to replace the car itself rather than assist it. In practice Kia Access is a utility, not a hobby app, and it makes most sense when someone wants a simple dashboard for one Kia.
