Jump Desktop (RDP, VNC, Fluid) is for people who need to reach a computer remotely and actually work on it, not just look at it. By our assessment, the strength is in the protocol support and the smooth feel of remote control, especially when compared with bare-bones remote desktop tools. The cost is that remote access always asks for setup, permissions, and a little patience when networks are not kind. In practice, the app is about moving a cursor on another machine, typing as if you were there, and dealing with the latency and file-handling limits that come with that. It belongs in the business-tool lane rather than the casual app lane, and it makes most sense for users who already know why remote desktop matters.
