By our assessment, its real strength is that it turns raw scan results into something readable enough to follow over time, which is exactly what makes these devices useful in gyms, clinics, and serious training settings. The downside is that it depends on proprietary hardware and on readings that are only as good as the device and the conditions around it, so it is not a stand-alone health judge. In practice, it feels less like a cheerful wellness app and more like a logging tool that wants repeat measurements and some patience.
