INTVL

INTVL demands patience and a bit of routine, because interval training only works when the timing is followed rather than guessed. By our assessment, that makes it a good fit for people doing structured workouts who want a timer that handles work and rest without fuss. The limit is simple: if someone wants coaching, metrics, or a full training log, this kind of tool will feel spare. In use it is usually just the rhythm of start, stop, and repeat, which is exactly the point. Compared with fuller fitness platforms, INTVL is the stripped-down end of the interval-timer category, and the whole experience depends on whether the user likes that discipline.
