ING Nederland

Keeping everyday banking on a phone is the main job of ING Nederland: customers can check accounts and handle payments without visiting a branch. The app brings routine account tasks together, including transfers and card-related controls, with sign-in and confirmation built around banking security. By our assessment, that makes it a useful companion to an ING account, especially for quick checks and ordinary payments. Its strongest point is the direct link to the bank's own services rather than a separate budgeting layer. The trade-off is that it is not a neutral tool for managing accounts at several banks; its usefulness is tied to banking with ING Nederland. Phone banking also asks users to protect their device and login details. For someone who already banks with ING, balance checks and transfers sit in the same app.
