By our assessment, its real value is that it lets routine bank work happen without a branch, which is what a mobile banking app should do. The trade-off is that it can only be as good as the bank’s own services and rules, so it is not a generic money manager and it will not turn banking into something simpler than banking. In practice, this kind of app is about quick checks, transfers, and confirmations, with security steps always in the background. Compared with budgeting apps or payment wallets, it sits on the bank side of the wall, where account control matters more than spending analysis.
