I'm Done Drinking

I'm Done Drinking is a sobriety aid for people trying to stop or cut back on alcohol and keep a clear streak in front of them. By our assessment, the useful part is the directness: it frames drinking as a habit to monitor, not as something to decorate with bright extras. That makes it practical in a very plain way, because the app’s job is to keep the decision visible when willpower gets tired. The downside is also obvious: no app can do the hard part for the user, and a tracker like this depends on honest, repeated check-ins. In practice it is the kind of tool that lives or dies by routine rather than novelty. I'm Done Drinking sits closer to sobriety counters and recovery trackers than to general wellness apps. It is best for someone who wants a sober, no-frills reminder in the pocket and not much else.
