Behind its AI-tutor label, Gizmo: AI Tutor is a study tool centered on turning learning material into flashcards and quizzes. That gives learners a way to practise recalling information instead of only rereading notes, and repeated review is a familiar part of the format. Astrina categorizes it under education. By our assessment, the strongest use is active revision of material a learner already has, not replacing a teacher or explaining every topic from scratch. AI-made cards can misstate or oversimplify material, so the convenience comes with a need to check what they say. The study set still needs correcting when a generated card gets a detail wrong.
