FreePrints Photobooks FR turns the familiar photo-book job into something simple: pick pictures, place them, and get a book made without learning layout software. By our assessment, that convenience is the point, and it is why this kind of app is attractive to people who want a keepsake without turning the process into a project. The downside is the same one that comes with many template-led print services: once the app decides the structure, your freedom narrows. In practice it is a guided path through selection and ordering, not a blank page for careful design. It sits below pro publishing tools and beside other consumer print apps, with the emphasis on ease rather than fine control.
