Float Control: VESC Companion

Float Control: VESC Companion is a control app for VESC-based electric drive hardware, so it speaks to hobbyists and builders who already live in the world of custom boards, e-skates, or other personal mobility projects. By our assessment, its real strength is direct access to settings and live control that a generic phone app would not know how to handle. That also shows the downside: it assumes you already understand the controller and the hardware, so it is not friendly entry-level software. In use it feels technical, with sliders, parameters, and the usual need to be careful around a device that can move a person. Compared with broad fitness apps, it belongs to a niche engineering corner, not to everyday wellness. The catalogue files Float Control: VESC Companion under Health & Fitness, but the item itself looks much more like a specialist companion for hardware tuning.
