Fitness Amis+

Fitness Amis+ has the feel of a social fitness app, where the point is less the workout log itself than the friendly layer around it. By our assessment, that kind of app can be good at keeping habits visible and making exercise feel less solitary, which is a real strength if friends are actually using it together. The limit is equally clear: social fitness tools lose a lot of value when the network is small or inactive, and then the plus sign in the name does not do much. In practice these apps often mean feeds, encouragement, and a bit of tracking, so the experience depends on participation more than on features. Fitness Amis+ sits in the crowded middle of fitness apps, between plain logs and more serious coaching tools.
