Fastic AI Abnehmen & Fasten speaks to people who want fasting and calorie control wrapped into one weight-loss app. By our assessment, the strongest part is the way it turns a fast into something structured with reminders, timers, and tracking instead of leaving it to memory. Its weakness is also built in: fasting apps can only go so far before they become another thing to monitor, and that can feel fussy. In practice it asks for regular checking and some patience with streaks and logs. Among health-and-fitness apps, it sits between a simple timer and a broader diet tracker, and it does not pretend to be either one in full.
