FaceTrack3D points to facial tracking in 3D, but the name does not make clear what a person is meant to do with that tracking. In health and fitness, the key difference would be whether it offers exercise feedback, measurements, or some other camera-based tool; those are not interchangeable jobs. By our assessment, its purpose is too narrowly signalled to judge as a complete fitness app, and its usefulness depends on the feedback it actually provides.
