Email Templates

Email Templates is aimed at people who write the same kinds of emails over and over and want a faster starting point. By our assessment, its main strength is saving time on routine wording, especially for replies, follow-ups, and standard notes. The limit is that templates can make messages sound boxed-in if they are used without editing, which is a real problem in work email. In practice the app lives on copy, paste, and small edits rather than on creative writing. Compared with a full mail client, it is a narrow helper, not the place where messages are sent or organized. Email Templates is useful when repetition is the problem and not much else.
