EGYM Fitness

EGYM Fitness is the kind of app people reach for when training is already the point and they want workouts, tracking, or gym-connected guidance in one place. By our assessment, its best side is that it sits close to the fitness routine instead of feeling like a loose notebook; that makes logging sessions and following a program more natural. The compromise is that it only works well when the user already has some structure to follow, because fitness apps rarely create discipline on their own. In practice this kind of app means schedules, exercise logs, and reminders, so it rewards regular use more than occasional curiosity. EGYM Fitness belongs with the broader health-and-training apps, not with a simple step counter. It is a sensible pick for people already working with a gym or a plan, and less so for anyone who wants the lightest possible tracker.
