DryTracker does one specific housekeeping job: it helps people keep track of sobriety or days without drinking. By our assessment, that narrow focus is its real strength, because counting days and keeping a streak visible can make a private goal feel concrete instead of vague. The downside is that it is only a tracker; it cannot carry the harder work of recovery, support, or medical care, and a slip can make the whole streak mechanic feel harsh. In practice, these apps are all about checking in, seeing a running count, and deciding whether the count itself still matters. Health & Fitness is a fair label here, though the job is closer to self-monitoring than exercise.
