Diversity Calculator

Diversity Calculator is a narrow workplace-style utility, the sort of thing used when someone wants to turn a mix of categories into a single figure. By our assessment, its value comes from making that accounting explicit instead of leaving it to guesswork. The downside is that this kind of app lives and dies by the inputs you give it, so the result is only as sensible as the method behind it. In use, that usually feels like a form with labels, a few totals, and a score that matters mainly inside a policy or reporting context. It sits in the same practical corner as other spreadsheet-like helpers, and the Astrina catalogue calling it Productivity fits that plain bookkeeping role. The people who need it are those already working with diversity metrics; everyone else will mostly see an awkward little calculator with a very specific job.
