Digiposte : stockage sécurisé is a digital filing cabinet for payslips, contracts, identity papers and other documents you want kept in one place. By our assessment, it is strongest at simple storage and retrieval, with the pay-off that papers are less likely to be scattered across email, folders and phone scans. The trade-off is that a vault-like app only helps if someone keeps feeding it clean documents and uses its naming and sorting properly. In practice it feels more like tidying a drawer than using a flashy productivity tool. Digiposte : stockage sécurisé sits with document lockers and cloud folders, not with note apps or task managers, and the Astina catalogue puts it in Productivity. It makes the most sense for people who keep dealing with administrative files; it does little for anyone who only wants a quick note pad.
