Craving Buster is the kind of app people open when they want a nudge through a craving, not a lecture about willpower. By our assessment, it fits the Health & Fitness shelf because it sits in the stop-and-reset corner of that world, where short prompts, tracking, and habit support matter more than long plans. Its strength is that very narrow job: give a person something concrete to do in the moment instead of letting the urge run the show. The trade-off is obvious too, because this kind of app cannot do the hard part for you and it can start to feel repetitive if the same prompts are all you use. In practice, these tools work best as a small companion during a rough patch, not as a full treatment. Craving Buster is useful when attention is the problem and a quick interruption helps. It is less convincing if someone wants deep coaching or clinical support.
