Codes Qc looks like a compact medical reference rather than a patient-facing app, and that makes sense if the goal is to have codes close at hand. By our assessment, it belongs in the medical category because its value comes from lookup and organization, not from flashy features. The downside is the usual one for reference tools: it is only as good as the code set and structure behind it, and it will feel narrow to anyone outside that workflow. In practice it is the sort of thing people open for a quick check, then close again. Codes Qc is for looking things up, not for doing the work itself.
