CLIQ - Meet People IRL

CLIQ - Meet People IRL is aimed at turning online contact into offline meetups, which gives it a clearer purpose than generic social apps. By our assessment, its main strength is that it pushes toward real-world meetings instead of endless in-app chatting. The downside is the obvious one for anything built around meeting strangers: it depends on trust, local activity, and a user base that is actually nearby. In practice this sort of app lives on small signals, short profiles, and the hope that a conversation leaves the screen. Astrina files CLIQ - Meet People IRL under Social Networking, and that fits the meet-people-in-person angle. It is for people who want the app to lead somewhere outside the app, not for anyone who only wants digital chat.
