BlendMotion

BlendMotion leans toward short animated photo edits, the sort of app people open when a still picture needs a bit of movement or a layered effect. By our assessment, its appeal is the narrow focus: it tries to make motion edits feel quick instead of turning them into a full desktop job. That same focus is the limit, because it is not the place for serious compositing or broad photo correction. Using this kind of app is usually a lot of tapping, previewing, and trimming until the movement sits where it should. BlendMotion sits in the lightweight animation corner of photo-and-video tools, between simple filters and more serious motion editors. It suits people who want small animated touches on photos and does not try to replace a full editing suite.
