Augentraining - Augen Fitness is a simple eye-exercise app, aimed at people who want reminders and guided routines for screen-tired eyes. By our assessment, its value is in short, structured exercises rather than any medical claim of fixing vision. The trade-off is obvious: it can prompt habits, but it is not a treatment and it will not do much without regular use. In practice this kind of app lives or dies on whether the exercises feel easy enough to repeat without becoming a chore. It sits well below anything that sounds clinical and above the random stretch-break apps that give no real plan. The name is blunt, the idea is blunt, and the experience usually is too.
