Audyssey MultEQ Editor app

Audyssey MultEQ Editor app is for people who already live with an Audyssey-equipped home theater or AV receiver and want to shape the room correction instead of leaving it on default. Its real strength is access to the MultEQ curve and filter settings, which gives more control than the automatic version alone. By our assessment, that makes it more serious than a casual companion app, but also fussier: you need to understand what you are adjusting, and the benefit depends on the room, the speakers and the rest of the setup. In practice, it is a calibration tool, not entertainment, so the flow is measurements, graphs and careful changes rather than quick taps. Compared with generic audio apps, it is narrowly tied to Audyssey hardware and its correction system. The Astrina catalogue files it under Music, and the result is useful when the setup is already worth fine-tuning.
