Keeping distracting apps out of reach takes some intention, and AppBlock: bloquer des applis is built for that job. It blocks access to selected apps and websites, making it a focused alternative to broader productivity tools that rely on reminders or task lists instead. The trade-off is practical: a block can get in the way when a restricted app is needed, so the rules need to match real routines. By our assessment, it is a concrete tool for managing digital distractions, and its blocking plan needs occasional adjustment as those routines change.
