The app's appeal is therefore practical rather than musical: it belongs to the menu, ordering, and customer-account side of the brand. By our assessment, that makes it a narrow companion for people already using 7 Brew, not a general coffee guide or a substitute for the shop itself. A branded app is less useful when there is no convenient location or when someone prefers choosing at the counter. The menu matters most when a nearby 7 Brew drive-through is already part of the route.
