You want to know who visits your site without drowning it in cookie banners or slowing it down. Astrina gives you a live, privacy-first analytics dashboard from a single script that weighs under 2.5 KB.

One tiny script, nothing else to wire up

Astrina's counter is one async script you drop in before your closing </body> tag. It loads out of the critical path, so it stays out of the way of your page. It works behind Cloudflare out of the box, so you don't need to change your setup to start collecting data.

Privacy-first by default

Astrina is built so you don't need a consent banner for our tracking. We set a first-party visitor id in localStorage or a cookie named _astr, and we use it for one thing only: de-duplicating visitors so your counts are accurate. We don't set any cross-site cookies of our own, which keeps the whole thing GDPR-friendly.

What the live dashboard shows

Once the script is live, your dashboard fills in real time. You get the numbers you actually check, plus an online now live count so you can watch traffic as it happens.

How visits, bots, and retention work

A visit groups one visitor's page views together, and splits into a new visit after 30 minutes of inactivity. That keeps sessions meaningful instead of lumping a whole day into one number. Astrina also filters bots automatically, so the traffic you see is closer to real people.

Your raw data is kept so you can dig into individual visits, and how long depends on your plan:

• Free: 33 days of raw data
• Pro: 365 days of raw data
• Business: 730 days of raw data

Once raw data ages out, it's kept as daily aggregates, so your long-term trends stay intact.

The counter is the core product, and it's free. You upgrade only when you need longer retention or more sites.
