By our assessment, UK/AU/EU to US AC Power Plug Adaptor is the small travel fix for people who arrive with chargers made for one plug shape and need them to sit in a US socket. Its strength is plain compatibility across several outlet standards, which is exactly what a simple adaptor should do.
