Kermit

Kermit is another cryptocurrency whose appeal rests almost entirely on the token idea itself, and by our assessment that makes it feel more like a market name than a product with a built-out role. The good part is that the shape is clear: people know what a crypto asset is supposed to do, even when the project page says little else. The weak part is the missing substance, because without a stated service or strong public use case, there is little to separate it from the crowded field of small coins. In practice that means a lot of reading between the lines and very little actual guidance from the item’s own identity. Against major cryptocurrencies it looks peripheral, the kind of entry that depends on community attention more than on hard utility. Kermit is therefore a modest, speculative proposition rather than a name that explains itself.
