Frost belongs to the long list of cryptocurrency names that sound crisp but do not tell you much by themselves. By our assessment, that makes it the sort of token people judge only after they see its use case, because the name alone gives no real clue whether it is meant for payments, governance, or something more speculative. That lack of self-description is also the main weakness: with no obvious identity, it is easy for Frost to blur into the wider field of small tokens. In practice, a coin like this only feels convincing when the project around it is clear and the token has a job that ordinary users can recognize. Frost sits in the ordinary crypto middle ground, where usefulness depends on the surrounding system more than on the coin’s name.
